George Sanford

Vice President, Property Management

George Sanford joined the United Commercial Realty San Antonio team in 2007. Sanford was hired as the vice president of UCR’s property management arm, UCRM. Sanford oversees the division and all assets assigned including the physical and financial aspects. Sanford focuses on clients who are primarily local and institutional owners who are interested in the management of their properties as a physical and investment asset.

With over 25 years in the real estate industry and an extensive background in leasing, management, maintenance, and construction activities as well as specializing in full service property management, George brings a wealth of leadership and experience to UCRM.
