Mueller joined United Commercial Realty – San Antonio in 2006. Specializing in tenant and landlord representation, Mueller currently represents several landlords in leasing their properties including the Forum at Olympia Parkway. Additionally, Mueller assists with the site selection and market analysis for at&t mobility and Freddy’s Frozen Custard along with representing several Local/Regional tenants with site selection and committee approval preparation.
Mueller came to UCR San Antonio after an internship with fellow-ChainLinks’ member firm, Page Partners, based out of Houston. Mueller was the first broker to participate in UCR’s Junior Broker Program, a two year program designed to mentor and educate individuals new to commercial real estate through the broker process. Mueller worked under the direction and leadership of Craig Garansuay, Vice President and Partner at United Commercial Realty – San Antonio, assisting him with current project and tenant representation assignments, while learning the many facets of a full-service commercial real estate firm.
Chris Mueller earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas A&M and is a graduate of the Masters Land Economics and Real Estate (MLERE) program also at Texas A&M University. The LERE program is a highly intensive finance-based program which has equipped Mueller with the knowledge and skill-set to best assist clients, both tenant and landlord. During his time away from the office, Mueller enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle that includes running, waterskiing, and hunting.
