Pete Podesta joined UCR in 2007, with a background in retail real estate development. Prior to joining UCR Podesta was Vice President of Leasing for N3 Development, a national retail development company based in Fort Worth Texas. While there, he oversaw the acquisition, development and leasing of key projects in 8 states.

Current exclusive tenant representation clients include Cowboy Chicken, Floyd’s 99 Barber Shop, Max Muscle Sports Nutrition, Legacy Nail Spa, Mooyah Burgers and Fries, Panda Express and (Treadwell Foods) KFC.

Also involved in landlord representation, Podesta works directly with ownership to create strategies for attracting and retaining quality tenants. Current developer and landlord relationships include: Del Mar Equity, N3 Real Estate, United Commercial Development & Verdad Real Estate.

Podesta was promoted to vice president in 2008, and has received awards including Rookie of the Year and Most Deals in 2008, as well as Dallas Business Journal's “Heavy Hitter” award.

Podesta received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from William Paterson University. Hobbies include swimming, biking, running, snowboarding, and surfing.
