Pete Podesta

Senior Vice President

Pete Podesta joined UCR in 2007 with a background in retail real estate development. Pete was promoted to senior vice president in 2010 for his notable transactions and tenant representation success. Pete's recent focus has been assisting 7-Eleven with their Texas roll out.

Current exclusive tenant representation clients include 7-Eleven, Bicycles Plus, Cowboy Chicken, Floyd's 99 Barber Shop, Hash House a Go Go, Mooyah Burgers and Fries, Ojos Locos, Benihana, RA Sushi, Daily Juice, My Fit Foods, Panda Express, Starbucks (in North Texas an Oklahoma), Sunny Street Cafe and TruFire.

Also involved in developer representation on single tenant and shopping center land acquisitions and leasing, Pete works directly with developers to identify and acquire property for end-users as well as create strategies for attracting and retaining quality tenants within shopping centers.

Prior to joining UCR Pete was Vice President of Leasing for N3 Development, a national retail development company based in Fort Worth Texas. While there, he oversaw the acquisition, development and leasing of key projects in 8 states.

Pete has received numerous awards including Rookie of the Year and Most Deals in 2008, Dallas Business Journal's "Heavy Hitter" award in 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012, D-CEO Power Broker in 2010 and 2011, as well as UCR "Top Ten Producer" in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Pete received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from William Paterson University. Hobbies include swimming, biking, running, snowboarding, and surfing.
