Michael Garansuay joined the United Commercial Realty (UCR) San Antonio team in 2007. Garansuay assists clients in acquiring and leasing retail product. With his extensive background in real estate management and development with the Garansuay Group, Garansuay has formed a strong network of relationships with investors and landlords, enabling his success in securing the best possible opportunities for his clients. Skill and experience allow for strategically tailored programs that meet his clients’ objectives. Garansuay was mentored through UCR’s Junior Broker Program and successfully completed the program.

Garansuay holds a degree in Construction Management and previously worked as an on-site project manager for Spaw-Maxwell in Austin. This experience plays an essential role in his current relationships and gives him the knowledge and skill-set to fulfill the needs of his clients.

Currently, Garansuay is actively leasing over 2.3 million square feet of shopping centers including: The Forum, 9620 Huebner Center, Dominion Hills Plaza, The Corner @ SW Military, Village at Ingram Park, Ingram Place and Bandera Heights in the San Antonio area. He continues to support his clients in securing tenants for leasing assignments.

Tenant’s whom Garansuay exclusively represents in the San Antonio/south Texas market include Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Lion and The Rose, Golden Chick, Texadelphia and Fire Wok to name a few.

In addition to his contributions to UCR, Garansuay enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs and is an avid traveler.
