Warren Richardson

Warren Richardson joined United Commercial Realty in early 2009. Prior to joining UCR, Richardson worked for HPI Real Estate and Investments as a leasing associate since January 2006. His main focus was HPI’s third-party clients. Initially, his responsibilities included prospecting for new tenants, renewing tenants, leasing space for approximately 2.5 million square feet of retail, and developing and maintaining current and prospective Tenant Representation accounts, T-Mobile, Bright Now Dental, Quiznos, and Advance Auto Parts. With a growing portfolio of third-party leasing assignments, Richardson has transitioned into focusing on the leasing efforts of these assignments. Some of his projects included City Base Landing, Dellview Marketplace, San Pedro Towne Center, Rogers Place, Shops at Westpointe, Military Plaza, Braun Pointe, and Magic Center.

Prior to joining HPI Real Estate and Investments, Richardson interned in Houston with Grubb & Ellis for the retail investment sales division. His responsibilities included maintaining and updating a broker and investor databases, researching area information for shopping centers, and developing marketing packages.

Richardson is an active member with the International Council of Shopping Centers. His activities include hunting, fishing, and playing sports. Richardson graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Clemson University in 2005.
