Kevin Manner

Kevin Manner joined United Commercial Realty’s (UCR) retail division in 2009. He brings over 15 years of experience to the UCR team. In his previous position as owner of The Mesa Companies he was responsible for the daily operations of a group of companies focused on development, light commercial and residential construction, project management and property inspection services. He was responsible for the direction, strategic planning, financial management, quality control and investment strategies. With his extensive background Manner is able to assist clients in acquiring, developing and leasing retail properties throughout San Antonio and Texas. Manner currently leases over 1.5 million square feet of space as well as office and land disposition.

Manner’s past employment experiences also include positions with Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, Flooring and Restoration Services of Maryland and the United States Navy. These experiences have been extremely valuable when working and interacting with a diverse client base from developer to landlord to tenants.

Manner holds a Master’s Degree from West Virginia University; a Bachelor’s Degree from John Carroll University (Ohio); is a Registered Builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission and is Licensed by the State of Texas as a Professional Inspector. The education, training and experiences Manner has gained provides him with unique abilities to represent his clients.

He is a native of Maryland and is well traveled, having lived in multiple states over the course of his career before making the San Antonio, Texas area his permanent home. When not working Manner enjoys spending time with his wife and son along with traveling, sports and outdoor activities.
