James Mayo

Associate, Retail

Mayo joined United Commercial Realty – San Antonio in June of 2009.

Mayo currently works alongside Craig Garansuay, Vice President and Partner at UCR and his retail team, assisting him with current project and tenant representation assignments, while learning the many facets of a full-service commercial real estate firm.

Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, Mayo assists in the representation of several landlords in leasing their properties including Alamo Ranch, Park North, and The Shops at the Forum II located directly across from the Forum at Olympia Parkway. Additionally, Mayo assists with the site selection and market analysis along with representing several local tenants with site selection and committee approval preparation.

Mayo received a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School as well as his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from the Texas A&M University, College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. During his time away from the office, Mayo enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.
