As an executive vice president for United Commercial Realty, Greg brings a successful track record in development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage.

Some of Greg’s tenant representation clients include Tyler’s, Tony & Guy, Sunstone Yoga, ACE Mart Restaurant Supply, Floss Dental, Toys Unqiue, Snuffer’s, Campisi’s, Café Brazil, Luna de Noche, Patrizio’s, Bailey’s Prime, Ali Baba, Terra Mediterranean Grill, and State & Allen.

Greg has also successfully completed investment sales transactions on behalf of clients such as Shafer Property Company, Toni & Guy, and David Claassen Investments.

For more than 39 years, Greg has been a specialist in shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings and medical office buildings. Throughout his career, Greg has been active in the development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage of over 10 million square feet of properties. In the last 10 years, he has averaged over 50 lease and sale transactions per year.

As a native of Dallas, Greg spent the first 11 years of his career in all phases of real estate development. construction, leasing and management, with the Henry S. Miller Company. He spent the next 10 years primarily in the development and leasing area. Prior to joining UCR, Greg was executive vice president of leasing and brokerage for the Retail Division of Colliers International.

Greg joined Corrigan Real Estate Services in 1990 and has spent the last 19 years concentrating in restaurant, retail and office leasing, both on the project side and tenant representation side. He has also been active in investment sales brokerage of shopping centers and office buildings.

Greg has also served as senior vice president and partner in charge of development with Swearingen-Brosseau Development Company and held the same position at the Brosseau Company.

Greg attended the University of Texas and holds a bachelor of science degree with an emphasis on real estate from the Southern Methodist University School of Business.
