Associate

Alden Harris, associate, joined UCR Dallas in 2011 having completed his education in marketing and real estate at Baylor University with a background in multi-family leasing and management.

From 2011 to 2013 Alden was partnered with Pete Podesta, UCR senior vice president. Alden assisted with tenant representation accounts including 7-Eleven, Benihana, Bicycles Plus, Cowboy Chicken, Hash House a Go Go, Mooyah Burgers and Fries, My Fit Foods, Ojos Locos, Panda Express, Ra Sushi and TruFire. Alden was also partnered with Darrell Hernandez, Executive Vice President/Partner, and assisted with tenant representation accounts including Chipotle, Children’s Learning Adventure, Starbucks, Brio/Bravo and Potbelly.

Current tenant representation clients include AIO Wireless, Chicken Al Mattone, Children’s Learning Adventure, Daily Juice, Legacy Nails & Spa, Livingston Hearing Aid Centers, My Fit Foods, Panda Express, Pella Windows and Doors, Rusty Taco (Collin County), Sport Clips and The Exercise Coach. Alden is also involved in developer representation on single tenant and shopping center land acquisitions; he works directly with developers to identify and acquire property for end users.

Alden received his bachelors degree in marketing with a focus on real estate from Baylor University. Hobbies include spending time with his family & dog Hank, photography, exercising, cooking, red wine and the outdoors.
