Award-winning retail real estate broker and senior vice president, Maury Levy, specializes in a wide variety of retail brands such as Borders Books, Dress Barn, Once Upon A Child, Plato’s Closet, Massage Heights, Weight Watchers, Deb Shops, and Speedy Cash.

Prior to joining United Commercial Realty - Dallas, Maury was a vice president with Grubb & Ellis, where he focused on national retail tenants, shopping center sales, and property representation. He has also held broker positions with Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Group and the Larry J. Leon Company.

Some of Maury’s awards include “Most Deals” presented by United Commercial Realty in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002. He was awarded “Largest Deal” from Grubb & Ellis in 1991 and was a “Top 10” producer for UCR, Grubb & Ellis and Merrill Lynch.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, while away from the office, Maury enjoys golf, reading, music, cooking and traveling.
