J.D.'s perseverance and easy-going personality have helped him in his 5 year career in the retail real estate business. Partnered with executive vice president and partner, Darrell Hernandez, J.D. has worked on tenant representation accounts such as Starbucks, Mi Cocina, Rockfish, Murphy Express, Play N Trade Games, Shoe Pavillion, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Darque Tan, Omaha Steaks, Whataburger, Fedex Kinkos, Sport Clips and Wireless Toyz. His leasing projects have included Prosper Plaza, Lovers Lane Marketplace, ilume, Village at Eldorado, Pinnacle Pointe, Custer Bridges, Village on the Parkway and Preston Village.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, J.D. received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Away from the office, he enjoys playing golf, jogging and spending time with his friends and family.
