In his 30-year career, Witt has worked in all phases of retail real estate, including shopping center leasing and development, user site acquisition, development land, and income property sales. Witt has held positions with Capital Realty Group and First Newport Realty after serving with Henry S. Miller Company as a senior marketing consultant and a member of the executive committee for the commercial/retail division. Witt has a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin,

Witt joined United Commercial Realty in 1997 where he subsequently has received UCR's Top Producer Award every year since 1998. He has been named a Top 5 Producer by UCR since 2002. The Dallas Business Journal also named him a "Heavy Hitter" in 2002 and 2003. His tenant representations include Fed/Ex Kinkos, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Life Time Fitness and AutoZone. Developer relationships include United Commercial Development, Granite Properties, Champion Properties, George Allen and Billingsley Company. Today he specializes in commercial land sales to retailers, developers and the automotive industry, where he recently completed sales for three new automobile dealerships in one week, as well as marketing land for property owners.
