Guyla Sineni

Executive Vice President, Partner, Retail

Guyla Sineni co-founded United Commercial Realty’s (UCR) San Antonio division in 1993 and serves as a principal and executive vice president of the organization. Her involvement at UCR consists of tenant representation and site selection for retailers, land acquisition for retailers and shopping center developers, and project representation.

Prior to joining UCR as a co-founder, Sineni was a top producer and senior marketing consultant with Grubb & Ellis (formerly Henry S. Miller Co.) for twenty years. She continues to develop her expertise in all aspects of real estate as a top producer for UCR.

Sineni has worked on a broad array of transactions with national development corporations and retailers, including Target, Capital One N.A., Best Buy, Brinker/Chili’s Restaurants, Simon Property Group, Starbucks, Office Max, Home Depot, and Red Roof Inns, just to name a few. She has also leased the following major retail power and lifestyle centers: 310,000 square foot La Plaza Del Norte Shopping Center; 400,000 square foot Huebner Oaks Center; the 1.2 million square foot The Forum at Olympia Parkway, the 420,000 square foot McCreless Market and the 900,000 square foot Alamo Ranch.

Sineni has earned many awards and recognitions throughout her career. In 2006, she was profiled for the “Woman in Business” article in the September/October issue of San Antonio Woman. She also served as a member of the “Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Commission on San Antonio’s Economy” in 2002. Sineni consistently ranks in the top three of UCR’s Top Producers as well as ranking in UCR’s Top Ten Award.

Finding time away from her busy professional schedule, Sineni participates in various community organizations. She is also a member of ChainLinks and the International Council of Shopping Centers. In her spare time, Sineni enjoys developing her artistic talents in watercolor painting and sculpture.

Sineni graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
