Tracy Mowder

Executive Assistant

Tracy Mowder joined the United Commercial Realty (UCR) San Antonio team in 2003 as the executive assistant to Tom Sineni, UCR president and principal. Mowder is responsible for all administrative functions for Sineni including both his business and civic responsibilities. She also oversees the arrangement of meetings, agendas and travel accommodations for the Company.

Additionally, Mowder is a valuable member of the industrial/investment team, where she is instrumental in preparing monthly project reports, proposals, leases, commission agreements, deal sheets and other correspondence for the team. Mowder also provides research as needed for the industrial/investment team.

During her career, Mowder has served as the executive assistant to the president of The Long Property Co. Inc., where she managed personal files including insurance and stock certificates while compiling marketing packages to be presented to future investors. Mowder also served as an administrative assistant and office manager at the Law Offices of Steven Michael & Michael Winer, where she handled accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and assisted with real estate closings and other related transactions.
