This 400,000 square foot regional entertainment and lifestyle center in San Antonio appeals to the area's highly educated, upscale market. Huebner Oaks boasts a mix of entertainment, restaurant, fashion, value and specialty retail. Since the relationship first originated in 1995, UCR has maintained a consistent occupancy of 95 percent or more for each of the three, successive owners. The development includes an Abercrombie & Fitch, a 24-screen AMC Theatre, Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Books, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Old Navy, Starbucks, and other major retailers. UCR leased the project in three phases.
