Located within the charming area of Highland Village, Texas, The Shops at Highland Village is a 370,000 square foot lifestyle center at the intersection of FM 2499 and FM 407. In 2005, UCR provided Regency Centers a comprehensive market study, a transportation plan and vehicular report in order to tell a very compelling story, and better understand how to attract dominant and logical retailers. Through UCR’s proven success in consulting and leasing this genre of shopping experience, we were able to provide the lead apparel tenants necessary to kick-off the center, including Banana Republic, Chico’s and Talbot’s.
