Village on the Parkway is a 381,166 square-foot lifestyle center located in Dallas (Addison), Texas. Adam Howells of UCR Investment Sales first sold the center in 2004 for Dunhill Partners to The Retail Connection. In 2007, Adam represented The Retail Connection in their sale of the asset to DRA Advisors, the property’s current owner. DRA Advisors has since hired UCR to lease the property as well as provide property management services through UCR Asset Services.

Village on the Parkway is a prime example of the UCR platform being able to provide an owner with a “one-stop shop” for all of their assets needs.
