They own and operate over 210 state-of-the-art practices in high profile retail locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas.

In 2007 Pacific Dental wanted to aggressively expand into the major Texas markets. They needed a partner who was intimately familiar with the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets and who could help them meet their opening strategy and timeline. Of utmost importance was the ability to stay ahead of the competition and other retailers seeking prime retail locations.

UCR acts as a full service consultant, presenting “off-market” opportunities and staying ahead of retailers competing for the same real estate. UCR extends Pacific Dental’s network by reaching out and extending relationships with top developers across the state & stays on top of retail and industry information that may impact Pacific Dental in Texas and other markets.

As of the first quarter of 2010, UCR has helped Pacific Dental procure locations in the markets of Allen, Burleson, Carrollton, Cedar Hill, Coppell, Corinth, Dallas, Flower Mound, Forney, Fort Worth, Friendswood, Frisco, Houston, Mansfield, McKinney, Mesquite, Missouri City, Plano, Rockwall, Sugar Land, The Woodlands and Wylie. Additional DFW locations will be announced at a future date.
